DeepStream constantly push the boundaries of new technology, including our manufacturing capabilities.

We have developed a proprietary, fully-automated manufacturing process to manufacture 3D shaped-circuits – consisting of lead-frames, surface mount electronics, sensors, optical devices and communications – in fully-customizable form-factors that can fit in virtually any available space.

Our three-dimensional form factor of our 3D shaped-circuits modules insulates the electronics from the harsh physical environment that would burn out traditional, two-dimensional printed circuit boards, enabling our 3D shaped-circuits modules to be placed directly in line with the electrical current.

Process

Our manufacturing process is scalable and cost effective, using primarily off-the-shelf equipment and components. As a result, our 3D shaped-circuits modules are capable of plug-n-play replacement of current analog technology or can be designed into virtually any available space within a device, all at very competitive price-points.

Currently, we are operating two manufacturing lines producing commercial products for our OEM customers. In late 2008, we plan to break ground on a new manufacturing facility as the company is seeking to expand capacity.
