Chief Technology Officer - Jonathan Luke

Appointed in January 2006, Jonathan previously worked as engineering manager for International Rectifier (IR) following management directorships in a number of technology start ups including ClearSpeed Technology.

Jonathan started his career at blue chip companies IBM and Phillips before moving on to a number of senior engineering management positions and directorships within start-ups and rapidly growing companies such as Observant Electronics Ltd, Mindspeed Technology Ltd and ClearSpeed Technology Ltd.

Before joining DeepStream, he lead a team of 40 engineers as engineering manager at International Rectifier (IR) where he was responsible for new product introductions and improvements in product yields and process performance.

At DeepStream, Jonathan is responsible for the development of new technology platforms, applications and protecting the Company’s IP. He has an MBA from Henley Management College.

SVP Sales & Marketing - Rob Furness

Rob was appointed in November 2007 and previously held strategic marketing positions in innovative consumer companies such as Orange and Dyson.

Rob worked for Microtel who went on to launch as Orange in 1993. He was a key member of the team responsible for creating the Orange brand, and having held a number of strategic positions his final role was as director of marketing strategy.

Prior to DeepStream, Rob was global general manager for non-floor care products for Dyson, another well known and innovative brand.

At DeepStream, Rob’s role encompasses business development and marketing, as well as working with the leadership team to set the strategic direction for the business. He holds a masters degree in engineering and management from Birmingham University.

VP Design & Development - Martin Roberts

Martin joined in January 2007 and was appointed VP Design & Development in January 2008. Having spent 20 years working in the innovative technologies industry and brings extensive skills and experience to DeepStream.

Starting his career in the Royal Navy, Martin progressed through a number of technical and management roles during 15 years in the Submarine Service before joining C-Tech Systems, a marine technology company, as technical director.

Martin joined DeepStream from EA Technology (the former Electricity Council Research Center), where he held the position of operations director and most recently product business unit director.

At DeepStream Martin is responsible for all design elements of our 3D shaped-components from initial client concepts, project management to final design. He graduated with a 1st Class BSc (Hons) in Computer Science & Mathematics awarded by the University of Liverpool.

VP Operations - Paul Yates

Paul joined DeepStream in January 2008 to support the next stage of growth for the company, following previous global roles at high level technology leaders such as Celestica.

At Celestica, Paul worked as director of global operations for two major account groups where his responsibilities included setting up overseas manufacturing operations in countries including Philippines, Czech Republic and China.

His previous role to DeepStream was director for corporate solutions and supply chain at wireless device technology company Exradia.

At DeepStream Paul is responsible for all elements of manufacturing, process development, purchasing and logistics. He graduated with a BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bath.
