Design Solutions
At DeepStream we design solutions, using our proprietary 3D shaped-circuit technology, providing custom components for high-volume industrial, commercial and residential OEM applications, and semi-customized products for incorporation into industrial equipment and commercial building applications and controls.
Customer (OEM) Components
Unique customized digital sensor modules where the sensor and data acquisition system is moulded into a single plastic module enabling them to work in the often harsh environments found in traditional “dumb” analog sensors.
Modules can contain universal line power supplies, digital sensors, measurement systems and networking, enabling OEMs to take advantage of the move to remote machine connectivity and integrated management services.
Semi-Customized Modules
A number of new smart devices which can be used across multiple market sectors from machine tools to HVAC equipment to vending machines. Utilizing DeepStream’s unique 3D modules new product features are possible and the benefits available to multiple OEMs as elements of their overall system architecture.
Fit For Purpose
Our forthcoming power sensor is a perfect example: it fits in the same space envelope of a ‘‘analogue’ current transformer and replaces its functionality with far greater accuracy and connects directly to a variety of industry standard field bus protocols as well as to wired and wireless IP networks. Our current and power sensor enables panel builders and system integrators to network important equipment health and energy usage characteristics easily and at low cost and locally switch relays based on system parameters set remotely.
